Dr. Tina Vitolo is the founder and CEO of The Black Sheep Therapist®, a groundbreaking platform dedicated to helping mental health professionals integrate unconventional, spiritual, and energy-based practices into regulated clinical work with confidence and integrity. With nearly 20 years of experience in mental health practice, she blends deep clinical training with her own lived experience as a “black sheep” in the therapy world.
Tina holds a Doctorate in Social Work and has published research on complementary and alternative interventions in clinical settings. She is the creator of the Innovative Practitioner Accelerator (IPA), an industry-shifting program that teaches therapists how to ethically align their “magic” — Reiki, Tarot, somatics, ancestral healing, and beyond — with clinical theory, ethical codes, and insurance standards.
Through her CEU-approved trainings, coaching programs, and her vibrant community of over 5000 clinicians, Dr. Vitolo is rewriting the rules of clinical practice.
