Services
- All services, including hypnotic healing, past life regression, therapeutic coaching, and spiritual guidance sessions, are non-refundable once the session has been conducted.
- If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, we require at least 48 hours notice prior to your scheduled appointment. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in the forfeiture of your session fee.
- In the rare event that your service provider cancels a session without rescheduling, you will be entitled to a full refund of the session fee.
Products
- Due to the nature of our products, which include digital content, recordings, and personalized items, we do not offer refunds or exchanges once the product has been delivered or accessed.
- If you encounter technical issues with a digital product, please contact our support team at alenakgourley@celebrateeverystep.com within 14 days of your purchase. We will work to resolve the issue or provide a replacement file.
Subscription Services
- If you purchase a subscription service, such as a monthly meditation or coaching program, you may cancel your subscription at any time. However, refunds will not be issued for the current billing period.
- To cancel a subscription, please email us at alenakgourley@celebrateeverystep.com with your request at least 7 days before your next billing date.
Extenuating Circumstances

Dissatisfaction with Services
- If you are unsatisfied with a service you received, please contact us at alenakgourley@celebrateeverystep.com within 7 days of your session. We will review your concern and work with you to find a satisfactory resolution, which may include a partial refund or a complimentary follow-up session.
